Zoom crashes when opening the "Background & Effects" tab in Settings

Hi!Unfortunately Zoom crashes and freezes, so I have to restart the computer (even ctrl-alt-del is not possible).Zoom works fine as long as I don´t go to that tab. Unfortunately I can´t reach those settings though.Anyone have the same problem? Resolv...
