Zoom Web App having audio issue in Microsoft Teams Room Device

Hi All,

Has anyone faced issue with the ZOOM Web app running on Microsoft Teams device. Kindly refer the below points for more details. 

 

Microsoft Teams room device running on Windows and Team App version 4.19.82 was trying to connect to a Zoom Meeting. During the ZOOM Meeting, Video was working fine, but room Microphone was having issue. 

 

When the Microphone was tested using the same Zoom Web App, it showed audio feedback (Was showing audio was working).

 

Zoom meeting shows default Microphone as Crestron HD-CONV and not Jabra panacast however shows Default Speaker as Jabra Panacast.

 

During Zoom meeting If user perform Leave computer audio operation and reconnects, then Mic works as expected.

It is recommended to use the Zoom app for Microsoft Teams (from the Zoom app Marketplace) instead of the browser version.

Actually, it is the MTR device which is joining this meeting. When we schedule a ZOOM meeting and forward it to a MTR device. The MTR device tries to join the Web App by default.  MTR devices running on MTR OS supporting both ZOOM and WEBEX meetings.
