Zoom Recommended Hardware - Accessories

Is the Zoom "Recommended Hardware" at the link below typically certified in some way by Zoom, to be completely compatible, or specially integrated?

I just purchased the "PowerBx Zapp Pad" expecting it to be cleverly integrated with Zoom - but in fact it is just sending HID keyboard shortcut commands into the operating system. It seems to essentially be a re-mapped number pad, with no special integration.

Cannot speak on those pages, but we do provide some certified hardware lists here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360045013211-Zoom-Certified-Hardware

Interesting. So maybe there is a difference between "certified" and "recommended".

Thanks for the link @Bort
