Zoom OAuth Application Error - "Application not found"

I am trying to utilize the Zoom OAuth process, but when I access the OAuth URL, I encounter an error: 'Application not found. It may have been deleted, or I don't have permission to view it right now.' I have attempted to access it with my account and my developer account, but I am still receiving the same error. Could you please provide guidance on what I might be doing wrong in this case?
