On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

My Zoom invites are going out to 15 people once a month...there are 10 people who say they can't get into the Zoom meeting that I sent out...what am I doing wrong?

@Richman124  - there's not much to go on here.  My only thought is this:  Have you set the "Authenticated users only" restriction?  Maybe some of them do not have Zoom accounts, are not logged onto Zoom when connecting, or are logged on but from a different account than what they are registered under.

If you can provide more information... like what specific error message are they getting?  That will help.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website or the Z-SPAN website.

Some people I send a zoom invite to are using company email addresses and others are using personal email addresses. Some of those with company emails don't receive the invitation and some with personal email addresses receive the invite on their phones but not their computers what am I doing wrong or do I need to change my settings somehow?

Hi @jmroche16

How are you sending the invites? Through your email or calendar system?
