Zoom Meeting Add-In not working in Outlook

Add a Zoom Meeting in Outlook with Add-In is no longer working with Outlook Desktop.  When we try to add the meeting, the progress circle spins but never works.  Zoom Client Version VDI_5.15.4.  It is working with Web version of Outlook.

Hi @jandrews, thank you for posting for the first time, and welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

Have you tried uninstalling the add-in, reinstalling, and then signing in again?

That usually does the trick!

Hi Carla, I'm having the same problem. The funny think is when I start with a "new" meeting, there doesn't seem to be an issue. However, if I want to create a meeting from an email thread by hitting the "create meeting" button on outlook, then try to add a zoom to the meeting, i get constant spinning with no meeting link being added. Please help! Thanks!

Hey Mark,

None of the troubleshooting address the specific issue of the Add-In not working in Outlook, when replying to an email with a meeting. I can verify, I have the same issue as the users above. The add-in works fine when just scheduling meetings, but just sits and spins when trying to add Zoom meeting to a reply with meeting situation.  Any other ideas?
