Zoom Local Recording

Hi. I recorded a podcast interview using Zoom. After closing Zoom, it automatically downloaded the recording to my desktop and created a folder there. However, I changed the folder name before the recordings were completely downloaded, and now the download/conversion is stuck at 50% with no progress. I think it's because I changed the folder name. Do you have any idea how I can retrieve the video recording? Does Zoom have a backup cloud recording available?

@kristyy - You might have to kill the conversion process, then use these instructions to manually convert it.  (Make sure you have the Zoom file still in your folder).  If that doesn't work, there is not much Zoom can do since there is not a copy of your recording stored in the cloud.
