Zoom Account Access after License Expires

My company is discontinuing the use of licensed User Zoom accounts. When the licenses expire on our User's accounts, will those users still be able to login to Zoom using their work email address accounts? Will they just become non-licensed free accounts that they can still sign-in with?

Wondering, for example, if an outside vendor schedules a Zoom Meeting with someone inside our company. Will they still be able to join that meeting with their Work email address, like they've been doing?

Lastly, what about Meeting Recordings? If the answer is Yes to them being able to login after the licenses expire. Will they still have access to recordings made while they still had a license?

Thanks in Advance,

Matt
