ZOOM PC 다운로드 오류

ZOOM PC 다운로드가 계속 안되고 있습니다.

설치가 진행되지 않고, 아래처럼 에러코드가 나옵니다.

Installation Failed

Error Code: 10003

Hi @acorn 

Regarding Zoom installer error (error code:10003), please try to do next following the steps below:

1. Right-click the installation package and select Properties

2. Tab to “Digital Signatures“, and select the “Zoom Video Com…“ in signature list then click Details

 

3. Click “View Certificate“

4. Choose the Install Certificate

5. Click Local Machine then click Next

6. Select “Place all certificates in the following store“ and then click Browse

7. Select “Trusted Root Certification Authorities“ click OK

 

 8. Click Next then Finished
