With the new update, when I have my Zoom meeting in full screen mode, my Window's task bar won't appear when I move the curser to the very bottom of the screen. It was never a problem before. I have not changed my task bar settings. It's currently at "Automatically hide the taskbar when in desktop mode." I'd like to keep that setting so when I screen share, the task bar isn't in frame.
Anyone know if there is a setting in Zoom somewhere that would allow for the Window's task bar to pop up when needed instead of having to keep it open?

I have a very similar issue - but for me my taskbar is hidden and won't pop up when the Zoom window is maximised as well as when in full screen (which is supposed to be the function of full screen but there's now basically no difference between maximised and full screen). Hopefully a solution in the next update.

This just started happening to me during today's (11/4/24) update, which rudely prevented me from starting the scheduled meeting on-time and functions worse than before the update.
I think the update is crap. I'd say worse, but the comments are censored.

I've started to have this issue as well - when sharing my screen, if my windows taskbar is set to auto hide I can not get to it. If I turn off the taskbar auto hide setting I can overcome this but it means I need to try to remember to do that before any meeting where I may need to share my screen, and then set it back afterwards. This is a real nuisance and something that I'd like to see resolved and returned to "normal" functionality of the task bar when screen sharing.

I have the same issue and the only way I can eventually get to My desktop toolbar is to close all the screens. I can then see it, but as soon as I go to another screen the same thing occurs and I am unable to get to my desktop toolbar. I have to tab through screens to then get to them. Annoying. I can't find any settings to correct this.

I've resorted to trying to remember to change my taskbar behavior to not hide before entering any zoom meeting where I think I may be sharing my screen. Annoying and inconvenient to have to do that, especially given that this is a relatively new issue for me, but when I remember it does seem to work.

Good workaround, yet annoying. Definitely something was broken here..... Looks like they introduced a bug. I can get to it when I minimize all screens and it will get me to a blank desktop and the toolbar pops up there, but then I have to minimize the other screens I just opened. I tab through screens, but with all the screens I'm normally working through that is super annoying.... especially if I quickly skip the screen I wanted!
