A colleague has departed, and I've deleted her Zoom account and phone extension. When I call her extension through the IVR, it's still accepting voicemail recordings. The greeting says, "We are sorry there is no one available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone..." How can a caller leave voicemail at a deleted extension? If they did leave voicemail, where would I find it?

If a colleague's Zoom account and phone extension are deleted, but voicemail messages can still be left at that extension, you should contact your IT department or system administrator to access and retrieve the voicemails. They will have the necessary access and knowledge to assist you in this situation.
