I have unassigned the Zoom Phone licenses from 2 users and removed their DID numbers, but I can't figure out how to remove their extension from the account without removing the whole account.
They do not want an extension in the Zoom phone system any longer, but they use Zoom meetings all the time and don't want to be deleted.
Is there a way to just remove the extension number once you remove the Zoom phone license ?

hi @Hokenweazen
From Zoom Portal, Admin, Phone System Management, Users & Rooms, find the user, and under more icon (...), select Remove. This will remove this user from Zoom Phone only together with their extension. You will get a confirmation message. To confirm, click, Remove.
Please see Zoom support article for more details.
