You would need to be logged in as the owner or admin who has the permission to modify account management.
Once logged in to the web app, go to Account Management > Account Settings > Schedule Meeting and disable Always display "Zoom Meeting" as the meeting topic.

No it has not been resolved. how do I stop the meeting topic from defaulting to the same client name each time I schedule a meeting?
