If you do not have the Virtual Background tab and you have enabled it on the web portal, sign out of the Zoom desktop client and sign in again.

I have a MacBookPro12,1 with Dual-Core Intel Core i5 running 2.7 GHz. It's a single processor with dual cores, 256 KB L2 Cache, 3MB L3 Cache, Hyper-Threading Enabled, and 8 GB RAM. Hello, I had virtual background and the feature to improve the image but now it is gone. Mac iOS 12.2.1. Updated Zoom application. I am a personal user, the only one in my home. Help please!
