Why are My Participants not able to join my scheduled meeting

It is more than a month now that my participants ar not able to join my meeting with the link I provided them.  Is there something wrong I did with my Meeting Settings?

I'm sorry to hear that your participants have been experiencing difficulties joining your meetings using the provided link for over a month. There are a few things I would check: 

 

  1. Ensure that the meeting link you've shared with participants is correct and hasn't changed. You can view your meeting link at https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming. Select the meeting in question and then scroll until you see the invite link. Resend the link if necessary.
  2. If the issue persists, you might want to try creating a new meeting to see if the problem persists with a fresh link.
