Where is live transcription/closed caption data stored?

I have a question regarding live transcription(closed caption) function, am using the latest zoom version on Windows.

Is the live transcription related data, e.g. audio signal for transcription, stored or "flowing through" zoom's server?

Or is it all done in the local client's side?
