What counts as a Zoom Recording Download?

I have recordings that I know I still need to download, yet Zoom says they have been downloaded twice. Is my email hacked, and someone is downloading my recordings, or does Zoom count something as a download that I'm not aware of? I'm on a free account. Thanks!
