Hi! When someone registers for a meeting and I want to send reminder emails what link do I use so that everyone who registered can get in without having to re-register? I thought using the link that was added to our calendar would work but that prompted everyone to re-register before hopping on the training.
I have another meeting coming up- we used the meeting setting and required registration. What link do I use to send in reminder emails?

You may follow these steps:
- Go to the web app and select "Meetings."
- Click on the meeting you want to send a reminder to.
- Go to "Email Settings."
- Find the "confirmation email to registrants" and click "Edit."
- You may change the subject of the email to the message you want.
You may send multiple reminders to the registrants.

Thank you but we send email reminders from our own email service provider as well and the last time I sent the link from the "save to calendar" button people had to re-register. I was wondering where to find the proper link to the meeting so they can join without having to re-register again. Is the one sent in the registration confirmation a universal link or is that unique per registrant?

Hello @janessa,
The one sent in the registration confirmation is unique per registrant, so it would be best to edit the confirmation email sent to registrants and through the Zoom web app, and it will not prompt them to re-register again.
