Waiver for yoga class

I'm teaching online yoga classes via Zoom. Attendees register via the Zoom registration link with their name + email address and automatically receive the link to join the class.

I would like to include the option for registrants to say whether they have signed an electronic waiver or not (maybe a checkbox?) and then add the waiver link for them to sign. Can I add additional fields to the registration process so I can keep track of who has signed the waiver and who hasn't?

You could add a custom question to the registration process essentially asking registrants to attest that they have signed the waiver link. You could include the waiver link the description of the meeting. If you want to keep it simple that should do be sufficient. You could also use APIs to set up a registration form with checkbox rather than an attestation. There are also a range of form builders you could use to build a custom registration form (e.g. Salepager etc.).
