Waiting Room Custom Video Upload Error

Im trying to upload a new waiting room video but I'm getting a 451 error, the video is under 30 MB and its in MP4, I imagine it might be a copyright issue, the video is a short portfolio animation showcasing brands that my company did work for, is there a way to fix this or can I not show brands in my video?

 

* Update: Issue was resolved after i converted the MP4 to a MOV

The error is because your file format is not accepted by Zoom. So it is not accepting your MP4 file as the right format for them.
Try loading into a video editor and saving again.
