Virtual background still loading

1. I get this message 'virtual background still loading' Start Video Anyway? I cannot start the video. If I say 'no' then there is no image but ZOOM quits.

2. Occasionally my pic just turns pink in colour.

I'm using DELL laptop. 

I have updated ZOOM to the latest version. Changed my modem to the latest one where it has the facility of more than 500 mbps.

Please help with some suggestions.

I have started to get this message in macOS Sequoia 12.2 after installing the latest Zoom version day before yesterday. I get a blank screen not even my own video. The only workaround is to log off macbook (not restart) and then log back in. Then it works. It is very annoying.

 

There is something bad in the latest Zoom version.

Same thing happened with me. Your solution worked thank you!

I also had to shut down my MacBook completely after installing the latest release in order to restore my virtual background.
