Virtual Background not working on Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen)

Hi,

Zoom Virtual Background hasn't worked on Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen). 

I can see the Virtual Background App when the Zoom meeting is on, but when I select a virtual background or the Blur background,

I see an error dialog saying, "An error occurred."

Here are some of the specs on the Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen):

CPU                    : MediaTek Helio G99, Octa core 2 x A76 2.2GHz + 6 x A55 2.0GHz

RAM                   : 4GB

Front Camera  : 8 Megapixel

Android OS      : 13

Anyone has any clue?

Is the virtual background feature not working anymore for new CPUs?

hi i have the same problem i was told that zoom is not supported by manufacturer lenovo.... did you solve it somehow? you can advise
