I have tried restarting my camera, switching cameras, selecting reset to all settings, and also generating other virtual backgrounds. In addition I have restarted Zoom and my computer many times. I cannot get this virtual background to go away. I must be missing something simple and easy. I am hoping that someone can provide me the easy answer to fix this.
Thanks!

That background appears to be part of the source video rather than a Zoom virtual background.

You hit the nail on the head. After about six emails with Zoom Support the simple answer was that the virtual background that was appearing was from the FaceTime App. I didn't know I had turned it on there. As a result of it being turned in FaceTime, it is what was appearing in the Zoom app. Once I turned off FaceTime it was resolved.
