Virtual Background No Green Screen Help

I am still having issues with uploading a virtual background without green screen and I believe that I have met the requirements, can someone help me with what I may be missing please?

Hey @sks1 you will need to meet the following: 

  • Image only without a green screen

    • Zoom desktop client, 4.6.0 or higher
    • macOS version 10.13 or higher
    • Supported processors
      • Apple M1  
      • i5-6000 or higher
        Note: 6th generation i5 dual-core processor, requires macOS 10.14 or higher
      • i7-4000 or higher

To look into the specifics of your processor (dual-core intel core i5), the processor is a (5257U), which doesn't meet the minimum requirements of an intel processor of i5-6000 or higher
