Video issue: keep having to re-install video driver after a call

We are currently supporting a staff member that keeps having issues with using their webcam after they end a Zoom call. The staff member is on a Lenovo laptop, Windows 11 device. Once we reinstall the Video Driver (there is only one Realtek video driver for this device) it starts letting the employee use the webcam on Zoom again. This does not affect Teams. Has anyone experienced this issue? This will be the 3rd time we've re-installed the video driver to get Zoom to work for them.

If you're encountering issues with your video driver after a call in Zoom and have to reinstall it each time, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

Update Zoom: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Zoom application installed on your computer. Zoom periodically releases updates that address bugs and improve compatibility with various hardware and drivers.

Update your video drivers: Visit the website of your video card manufacturer (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) and download the latest drivers for your specific video card model and operating system. Install the updated drivers and ensure they are compatible with your system.

Clean install video drivers: Perform a clean installation of your video drivers to eliminate any potential conflicts or corrupted files. Uninstall your current video drivers using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool, which can be downloaded from reputable sources. Then, reinstall the latest drivers you downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

Hope this helps.
