Video getting so bright especially in white background

Hi, anyone able to help with my video which is getting so bright especially in white background and when light is on please? Even when I turn off the light, almost the same. As in super bright that you just want to turn off your cam 😞 Unfortunately our house is all white. Been using Zoom since 2020 and never had this issue before.

Hello. I had the same thing happen to me today. My video (of me in a Zoom conference) was extremely bright all of a sudden (this has never happened before) -- even after trying to adjust settings and lighting. Nothing helped.
