Video from cell phone 4:3

Hello all,

When I join a Meeting from my cell phone (any iPhone, or any Android) my video appears in the meeting (to others) as 4:3 (pillarboxed) not 16:19. Front or rear facing cameras, same issue.

The same phones do not have the same problem in other video-conferencing apps, and this happens on both cellular connections and good WiFi connections. The cameras on these phones otherwise perform well.

Other people have the same issue, I have noticed.

It does not seem to happen from iPads.

Any ideas?

I've have the same problem...Is this ever going to be fixed by zoom
