Viewers Not Seeing What I See as Host

I am hosting a hybrid meeting where I use two cameras, each focussed on half of the group of 10-12 who attend the meeting "live". The view I see on my screen shows the views from both cameras on site plus the 8-10 participants who are attending virtually.  Some virtual participants who use phones or iPads cannot see both cameras--- which is a limitation I can do nothing about. But others on other kinds of laptops cannot "see what I see" and claim to only be able to see one camera. What can I do?

It could be that they are just viewing the meeting through a different video layout compared to how you are viewing it. Sounds like they are in Speaker view, while you are in Gallery view. You can find out more about the different layouts and how to change them here; https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362323
