hello, recently the video image of my laptop camera is totally pixelated at zoom. this is only at zoom. at skype and such it is flawless. i have not changed anything in software etc. can anyone help me please? have already uninstalled and reinstalled the zoom client, did nothing...
Hey, @TW11 are you using an external camera or internal camera? Have you tried reinstalling your camera drivers? You can also try to go into your Zoom desktop client settings > Video > Advanced > Uncheck.
