Video Freezes using NDI

We have been using Zoom the same way for more than a year and all of a sudden the video freezes intermittently. Our Zoom machine is a new medium level PC using NDI and VMix. This has been working perfectly for a long time. Now the video in Zoom freezes randomly. I am running the NDI Studio monitor along side and it keeps going. We run a tech shop here and everyone is stumped. We did roll back the version of the zoom client and it didn't fix it.

do the settings->statistics-> overall or video indicate any issues?

We have tried everything,  this is part of a professional production system.  Haven't changed anything,  this problem just appeared

This is happening to the hose camera only on mine.  jerky ,,, running all participants pictures over my head like an old movie.

then it would correct itslef.  and then start again.  Help
