Users not in your account will go in the waiting room - Is Not Working

Hello,

I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account.

I have added a zoom Basic User with a Role of Member to my account.

I have Waiting Room Options set to "Users not in your account will go in the waiting room".

I start a meeting from my zoom Windows Application and enable the waiting room.

When the zoom Basic User I have added joins from their zoom Windows or Android application, they are placed in the waiting room.

What am I missing here?  From what I have read, it appears this should be working.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have the exact same question!

If I am interpreting some knowledge base articles correctly, one concerning thing is, some functionality can vary with when one's zoom account was established.  That is a "new to me" concept when it comes to computing, but I can understand how it could apply from a marketing new features/functionality perspective.

Ultimately, I would like to know why this is not working as expected for my account's meetings.
