When I either host or join a meeting from the Android app, the app is forcing a background. If I select 'None' for the background, then I get a solid (salmon colored) background. If I select an image, then the image works.
Logging into the same meeting from the desktop app (using Linux), everything works as expected (no background if none is selected).
I have searched the forums and have not found any relevant post to help.
My account is "Member" of a "business" account. My coworkers are not experiencing the same issue. (the account admin is not forcing backgrounds).
My own account settings (Meeting->Advanced) has Virtual Background turned off.

I inadvertently figured out the problem. It turns out that there is nothing wrong with Zoom, but definitely some bugs in Samsung OneUI 6.1.
I hope this response helps someone else who comes across this problem, even though it technically has nothing to do with the Zoom Android app itself. Thanks to the Samsung community users who figured this out!
Including screenshots of problem and quick access setting to turn it off.
