Unable to customize Zoom vanity URL

Hi All,

 

Forgive my ignorance as I am a die hard Webex/Teams user forced to Zoom. I cannot find where to customize the URL for my organization. It keeps telling me to go to Account Profile, but I cannot find anything about vanity URL on the page. The is a paid Pro account. Thanks

Did you ever get this resolved? I want a vanity URL but I've been unable to find up to date information on how to do this.
