I believe my PC meets the requirements for VB on Zoom yet it does not allow me the option on the app. Zoom app is the latest update (version 5.16.0). I have Windows 11. My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz. Based on these specs, I should be able to use VB yet I am unable to unless I am misunderstanding something.

I know of other users with different devices also experiencing the same issue. Today I downloaded the virtual background app and see the blur option, but when attempting to select and allowing the change it tells me "an error has occurred". How can this fixed? See attached screenshots.
