Turn off passcodes when hosting meetings

Hi there, hoping someone can help me. When I attempt to turn off passcodes in zoom all the ticked boxes are faded and locked. I am the account owner, and as far as I am aware there is no admin above me. How can I create meetings without participants needing a passcode to join? I've followed some suggested posts online, however, all of my security settings around passcodes are blocked.

When logged in as an account owner / admin, you'll need to allow these changes for the account (including you as a user) via the admin 'Account Settings' section at zoom.us :
