Trying to Change My Background

Hello, I have logged into my Zoom account settings, added my company logos as backgrounds to upload, but when I try to add them during a meeting I get a pop-up saying "You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin". It is my account, and I have a paid plan. Can anyone help?

Hi,

Thank you, for reaching out to Zoom Community.

Apologies if you're having issues changing your zoom virtual background due to an error.

To confirm, you're uploading Zoom Virtual Background on your own zoom account?

If so, the "Allow users to upload custom backgrounds" must be disabled and locked under the account settings.

To enable and unlock this, you can access your zoom account through web portal, go to account management>account settings>Meeting tab>Meeting Advanced>enable "Allow users to upload custom backgrounds"  and click the lock button to unlock it.

Hope this helps. Thank you, and Stay safe.
