Transcript of a Zoom video

We are having Zoom video meetings that usually last about 2 hours, and workshops that last about 4 hours.  How do we capture a transcript of each meeting session?  Is there a setting I need to turn on? And is the transcription tool fairly accurate at transcribing the voice?

 

Also, is there a way to capture the whole chat from a chatroom?  We have noticed that it only seems to record part of the chat.

Your second question about capturing chat, If you meant accessing stored chat in Zoom teams chat, Please follow this article

Thank you.  I followed the first step to enable transcript.  

  1. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  2. Click the Recording tab.
  3. Locate the Cloud recording setting and verify that it's enabled. So that part is done.  I then went to this step:
  4. In the Advanced cloud recording settings section, select the check box next to Create audio transcript to enable it, then click Save to confirm the change.

I do not see an Advanced cloud recording setting. 

So either I am not looking in the right place, or our account does not meet the prerequisites.

 

Can you help me either to find the setting, or, upgrade our account if necessary to meet the prerequisites?

I thought we had Business but maybe not.  Where do I verify the type of account?
