My Zoom settings are automatically set to provide a transcript when recording. For a recent meeting, I recorded and afterwards got an email to say the recording files were available. I went in and downloaded the video and audio files however the transcript still said 'transcribing'. I checked later and still the same. It's now been 10 days since the meeting and it's still displaying 'transcribing'! Any ideas how I can access my transcript? thanks!

Hi Louse, I seem to have experienced a similar issue . I thought the settings were all set to provide a transcript at the end of the meeting (set to Record to cloud), but I was only able to download the audio and video recording of the meeting. Have you received any support/ found a way around it? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. But I don't see that anyone here has an answer.

The transcript I get is a .vtt file that is in a text form but includes time-signatures for close-captioning. I want a pure transcription of the audio. I used to get those. I have not been able to get anything but these .vtt files. There is no easy way to purge out all the time-signatures; i would have to go line by line for hundreds of lines in a 1-hour talk. It is difficult to believe ZOOM could be this ... misguided.

The .vtt file looks like this:
@@@@
1
00:00:01.180 --> 00:00:06.959
Brendan McManus: This is the video for history. 1305 world history, 2. This is
2
00:00:07.400 --> 00:00:11.650
Brendan McManus: My second go at beginning chapter 8,
3
00:00:11.900 --> 00:00:18.609
Brendan McManus: and in the first occasion I felt as if I was going in the wrong direction.
4
00:00:19.144 --> 00:00:25.339
Brendan McManus: On certain things, and I kind of got off on a tangent which really took me too long.
5
00:00:25.700 --> 00:00:31.280
Brendan McManus: So I'm trying to hold myself to a more reasonable course through this.

I was trying to figure this out too. I have a Pro account and the transcript setting is turned on.
