Transcoding issue

I did a short test record for an interview. I then check the file to transcode it. it worked. I then on the same call started recording a longer 45 miniute interview and at the end I went through the usual steps, but now in the folder, even though the xzoom file is timestamped with the time i finsihed the interview, and the .zoom file is the right data size for the whole interview, when i click on it it only shows me that short section from the test. Has this happened to anyone? I'm very desperate to see how to fix this, I feel like the data is there but its only opening the portion from when i did the short test record.

I just worked it out. I deleted the test converted clip so it then forced it to convert the file again. phew.
