Streaming a meeting to a Facebook Group problem

I am following the new instructions to be able to stream a meeting to a facebook group. 

All is fine until I get to the instruction ... 

6. Click Configure Custom Streaming Service.
The custom live stream configuration window will appear. This is where you will enter information from Facebook.

The configure custom streaming service window does not appear for me. Is there an easy fix ?

You have to enable the Custom Live Streaming Service (for meeting or webinar -- just do both!).  Go to your Personal -> Settings -> In Meeting (Advanced) a scroll WAYYYYY down til you see this.  Make sure the indicated boxes are checked, and also be sure to put SOMETHING in the text box. (It shouldn't be required, but I've heard reports from some people that if you leave it blank, it still doesn't work.)
