Hi,

 

My video image of myself on a call is squished, off center, and has a purple color over it.

 

What do I do?

i have done everything in the link above and i still have the  same problem purple and off centre. The camera app in the laptop works fine when i go into it and i also tried skype the camera works fine so its something to do with Zoom, i need help please. My laptop is an HP  stream 14-AX005NA Intel Celeron N3060 4GB 32GB 14 Inch Windows 10 Laptop
