10DLC Campaign Update

Starting February 1, 2025, customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10 DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hi, my account indicates that it has been disabled and asks me to contact customer support but the best way to do that isn’t obvious. Could you let me know how to resolve this? Thanks
