I’m trying to make a Zoom account for my little brother. I enter his birth year, doesn’t work. I enter an earlier date doesn’t work. I keep going until I see this image.

This is nuts! 1990, and you still can’t register!??! You’d be 33! 
HAS ANYONE ELSE SEEN THIS?
