How do account members see the meetings on the account owner's dashboard? Is there a way to share as we work on the same meetings together? I need access to change/update things.

Hi,
You can use the scheduling privilege feature. It lets a user schedule meetings for you, access cloud recordings and meeting reports they are delegated for, and even act as an alternative host.

Just make sure both users have their licenses and are part of the same group account

You can use scheduling privileges if you want to obtain access to the meetings. If you want to have a combined dashboard where you see both yours and the account owner's dashboard there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you do this.
