Is this possible? This new update is horrible for my productivity. The drop down for dates and times versus tabbing through them and typing is not what I want, and it no longer connects to my iCal like it used to, making me have to manually add every single meeting to my calendar. Can I just go back to the last version? Or is there a setting to revert these changes? Driving me crazy.

I totally agree. I really hope Zoom might offer the option of the dropdown meeting duration rather than having to set the finish date and time. And while they're at it, to fix the date format so it doesn't just show in US format (grrr).
You can download older versions of Zoom meetings here for Windows: https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions and here for Mac: https://zoom.en.uptodown.com/mac/versions
I believe Zoom changed the Schedule meeting window format from version 5.12, so you'll have to revert to 5.11.11. I've not yet downgraded my wife's Mac Zom app, so I'm not sure if you can just install on top of the newer version or if you'll have to uninstall the newer app first. However, it was just a question of clicking the install file and it worked for Windows.
Hope that helps.

In the navigation panel, click Room Management then Zoom Rooms. Click the Devices tab. Select Downgrade Zoom Rooms. Click Downgrade to confirm.

I found "zoom rooms" but don't see an option to downgrade! Help please. I can no longer use Zoom after I upgraded to 5.13.3. I have an older Lenovo desktop, I guess it can't handle the newer version. Thanks.

You're the man! This completely fixed it without a need to uninstall the newer version. And it was indeed 5.11.11. Thank you so much--lifesaver!!

Yeah REally! its like the update rolled out and we are back in the dark ages. No integration to mail software or calendars. have ot manually input peoples e-mail addresses, and no reminder in the calendar. BAD move from Zoom. It feels like someone from Microsoft teams has taken over and messed it all up.

Hi, your post is so helpful, so thank you. I have an iPad Gen 4 running IOS 10.3.4 (14G61). What older version of Zoom Workplace can I use? It's not that I can't afford a new iPad. It's just that I rarely use it, and my newer version had to be turned in as the microphone died. So until I return to the US, I've got to revert to this older iPad. Also, I don't like that even though I can afford it, I'm forced to buy a new iPad. Apple has been turned into a razorblade company, but laptops and iPads shouldn't be forced to be disposable. To say I miss Steve Jobs is an understatement, as his choice - not to leave any Apple user behind and his standards made Apple such a fantastic success. The current leadership has caused Apple to live off its accrued capital and past innovations, turning Apple into a buy-buy-buy churn mill of constant updates (with so many bugs) requiring constant upgrades without innovation. By far, most of the significant innovations were under Jobs, and Jobs's loyalty to his base made Apple almost a cult. It's morally wrong to force upgrading as there are millions of people out there who can't afford to update to the latest product constantly, and it's just a hateful model. The Steve Jobs model of never leaving an Apple user behind paid off. So I want to thank you sincerely, as many high-level Zoom community members only said pay up and go new. So thank you for helping us out, and supporting the idea of community by helping others with clear, easy-to-follow, step-by-step directions, but primarily for not excluding others, as access to the future should not be for the privileged few.

This solution has not worked for me as I am getting a message "Your app version needs to be 5.17.5 or higher to sign in. Please update to continue." I just want a personal version not workplace as I don't use it for work ;'(

Agreed. The update happened this morning. It is not as practical as it used to be with so many disruptive features. Is it possible to go back to the classic version?
