Resetting or recovering passcode to watch recordings

I recorded a meeting on the cloud, and I cannot watch it because it is asking for my passcode, which I must have created, but do not remember the code, nor where I recorded it

- Login to your Zoom web portal.
- Navigate to the "Recording" section.
- You should be able to see a listing of any meetings you have recorded.
- There should be a button all the way to the right of the recording title labeled "Share"
- Click the "Share" button
You should now see a new dialog box that will give you the link and passcode for the recording.

Hello @heartjoycoach,
If you log into your account > go to the recording tab on the left hand side > then click on the share button to the right of the recording that you are attempting to watch, you will be able to see the recording settings and either change or remove the password or see it and copy and paste it if you wish for someone else to view the recording.
