Recurring Meetings disappeared from the Meeting tab

Hi,

When I open the Meeting tab on my Zoom account, I do not see my recurring meetings anymore, but a blank page instead. Yesterday everything worked fine.

Can anyone help fix the problem? I was not able to get an answer from the chatbot.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app and make sure to check for updates. Rebooting the app should solve this. It may also be that the meeting interface has changed and the meetings are still there you just may need to look through a few different tabs. Alternatively, there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you view and schedule your recurring Zoom meetings in one place.

Thanks. In the end I tried using Google Chrome instead of Mozilla, and it worked. On Mozilla I still cannot find why meetings don't show.
