Records of An Old Premium Account

Hello everyone.

 

Two years ago, i recorded some meetings on cloud.

I've not used premium Zoom for a while.

I don't know if my old records still on cloud because of i'm a free user now.

And there isn't any data on "cloud records" section.

 

Is that possible if i buy a new premium account, can the records become visable?

Hi @korays , since you were previously able to create cloud recordings, and then downgraded to a free account or Basic (unlicensed) user type, you will not have access to those recordings until you become a Licensed user on a paid account within a 30 day period. After 30 days, your cloud recordings are set to be deleted.
