recording failure

We can record to cloud and have set it as automatic. But either we get no recordings at all or it records to the PC. Zoom workplace pro account

hi @Chava2uk ,

Do you see the recording message at the top of the screen?
Have you looked at your list of recordings? Do you have any?
There is a limit to the storage of recordings based upon the number of accounts you have.

Have you had any warnings that you are over that limit, because there will be charges
all the best
