hi there, I use zoom for my podcast and recorded good meetings for five years. Today - having changed no settings, using great speed etc the video I received was only 480 p and of course terrible resolution.
The BOT cannot help and support is only for pro.
Am I doomed and must either pay for PRO or use Streamyard?
I am confused.
I checked twice ALL my settings and there is no tab where I can see or edit my resolution.
thanks!

Normal webcam resolution for Zoom is 360P.
If you use advanced screen share > second camera with optimized for video you can get 720P at a video frame rate if the camera outputs 720P or higher.
You can see the resolution in settings > statistics
If this works please click accept as a solution.

Thank you. All my previous videos are recorded at 720p. And I recorded again at 720 after that. The resolution settings are NOT visible anywhere in the free account. Statistics not there either. Logitech camera records always at 720p. Still confused to be honest!
